Studio Rental (Half Day)

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 7 or more days before Portrait Day at BetaWave Studios will receive a full refund, while those between 3-6 days get a 50% refund. Unfortunately, no refunds are issued for cancellations within 72 hours. Rescheduling to another time slot on the same day is allowed if requested at least 3 days in advance. No-shows are ineligible for refunds or rescheduling. If BetaWave Studios cancels, clients can reschedule or get a full refund. By booking, you agree to these terms.
